Events and Challenges

We have a wide range of events throughout the year and you can participate in a variety of ways. From our popular Lecture to our Quiz Night, Garden Party to Carol Concert, there's something for everyone. See our forthcoming events here.

Or why not fundraise for us, organising an event is a great way to raise money and spread the word about INS. From concerts to cake stalls, pub quizzes and garden parties, our supporters do it all. Choose the event, set up a fundraising web page at either www.virginmoneygiving.com or www.justgiving.com and e-mail to all your colleagues and friends to sponsor you.

Take on a challenge of a lifetime and raise vital funds for INS.

Whether your dream is to explore the Sahara, walk the Great Wall, or maybe something closer to home, INS has a challenge for you. Designed to fit all budgets, trips can be long or short, overseas or closer to home. All you have to do is sign up. 2015/6 trips include: Ben Nevis Challenge, Walk the Great Wall, Jurassic Coast Challenge, Sahara Trek, Snowdon Challenge, or the London to Paris Cycle.

If none of the above takes your fancy, there are lots to choose from. In partnership with our specialist travel company, Discover Adventure, we can find a trip to suit your needs. Please contact Belinda Canosa, BCanosa@ins.org.uk or call 020 8755 4000
