Grants and Corporate support

Corporate Partnerships

There are so many exciting ways we can work together to make a difference to the lives of people with a neurological illness. Within any company, many employees will know family or friends affected by a neurological illness. A partnership with INS would not only bring your company benefits, but would allow you to demonstrate a commitment to issues directly affecting your employees.

Charitable Trust & Foundation Support

From humble beginnings, just six clients, INS has grown and flourished to support nearly 700 clients, plus their family carers. It is thanks to the funding we have received over the years from charitable trusts & foundations that has allowed us to become the successful organisation we are today.

Charitable trusts and foundations play a vital role in helping us to achieve our mission to support people with neurological conditions and their family carers living in Richmond and Hounslow.  They provide funds for specific projects and services, salary costs, and some pledging funds over several years.

We have a range of projects and services in need of funding, with many opportunities for charitable trusts and foundations to help us to ensure free accessibility to all who require our services.

A few examples:

  • The Lloyds Foundation helps to support our volunteering and befriending programme which provides over 12,000 hours, and impacts on all areas of our work - from visiting isolated clients at home, to providing administrative help in the office and at events.
  • Hampton Fuel Allotment Charity funds the Speech & Language therapy programme.  For many clients their ability to communicate is compromised, impacting significantly on lifestyle and quality of life, and often causing serious psychological distress.
  • Awards for All funding enabled us to pilot a music therapy programme. The programme was so successful, creating a client choir which perform at the INS Carol Concert.
