How to refer yourself or someone else
If you are not already known to the team, and wish to refer yourself or someone you care for, please download a referral form here then send it by post to INS at 82 Hampton Road, Twickenham TW2 5QS or e-mail it to us at: admin@ins.org.uk.
INS accepts referrals for people living in Hounslow and Richmond, and people who have a GP in Hounslow or Richmond.
INS also accepts referrals from GPs, neurologists, therapists, health and social care professionals, as well as from family members and friends. Please follow the same referral process above to access our services.

What happens next?
Once your referral has been reviewed and accepted, a member of our team will get in contact in the coming weeks to arrange a convenient time for an initial assessment where needs can be discussed in more detail to see how INS can help, eg. by attending a suitable therapy group or a short series of one-to-one sessions.

What does it cost?
There is a charge for most of our therapy groups, typically £50 for a block of 8 sessions. There is no charge for initial assessments and one to one sessions. Other support services, including services for carers are also provided at no fee but donations are gratefully received.
